What materials do you offer for crusher wear parts?+
Mn13Cr2 austenitic manganese steel (work-hardens under impact), Ni-Hard white cast iron (abrasion resistant, 550+ HBW), and Ceramic Composite (metal matrix with ceramic inserts, up to 3× standard life).
How do I confirm a part fits my crusher?+
Send us your crusher make and model. We maintain a pattern archive of 300+ OEM reference numbers. If needed, we can also work from your existing part drawing or a worn sample.
What is the typical lead time?+
2–6 weeks depending on order size and alloy. Stock items ship within 3 business days. Large or custom orders are cast to specification in Luoyang and air/sea freighted.
What payment terms do you accept?+
T/T (telegraphic transfer) and L/C (letter of credit). Standard terms: 30% deposit with order, 70% before shipment. Custom terms available for established relationships.
What is your minimum order quantity?+
One piece for any item in current production. Custom castings require a minimum pour quantity depending on part size and pattern cost. Contact us for a specific quote.
Do you ship to my country?+
Yes. We export regularly to Germany, France, Spain, Romania, Turkey, and the Middle East. Full export documentation provided. Incoterms FOB / CIF / DDP depending on your preference.
What warranty do you provide?+
All ZL parts carry a material-and-workmanship warranty. If a part fails prematurely due to a manufacturing defect, we replace it at our cost. Full warranty document on request.
Can you produce custom parts from our drawings?+
Yes. Send us your technical drawing (PDF/DWG). Our engineering team will review feasibility, propose the optimal alloy, and quote within 48 hours.
