What materials do you offer for crusher wear parts?+
Candidate routes include manganese steel, high-chrome iron, Ni-Hard, alloy steel, ceramic or TIC composites and bimetal. Final chemistry, heat treatment, hardness and suitability depend on the part geometry, operating duty and agreed inspection plan.
How do I confirm a part fits my crusher?+
Start with the make, model and part reference. Final fitment is released against the serial range, approved drawing, identified sample or verified critical dimensions; a model name alone is not sufficient.
What is the typical lead time?+
Lead time is confirmed after reviewing stock or pattern status, alloy, quantity, heat treatment, machining, inspection and transport. The quotation states achievable dates.
What payment terms do you accept?+
Available payment methods and deposit or balance terms are stated in the commercial quotation and pro forma invoice for the buyer, destination and order.
What is your minimum order quantity?+
Trial and single-piece requests can be reviewed. The feasible minimum depends on part weight, tooling, casting route, machining and packing and is stated in the quotation.
Do you ship to my country?+
Company records document exports across multiple regions. Destination, Incoterm, packing, transport and required export documents are confirmed for each quotation and shipment.
What warranty do you provide?+
Manufacturing-defect remedies, claim evidence and any wear-life commitment are defined in the quotation, purchase specification and agreed warranty terms.
Can you produce custom parts from our drawings?+
Yes, when the controlled PDF or DWG defines revision, datums, interfaces, tolerances and acceptance points. Engineering identifies missing information and reviews candidate material routes before quotation.
How do you ensure consistent quality across batches?+
Consistency is managed through drawing-linked controls and available chemistry, hardness, dimensional and traceability records. The sampling frequency and acceptance criteria are agreed for the product and order.
Can you match the wear life of OEM parts?+
Comparable wear life cannot be promised from a grade name alone. A target can be reviewed only after the current part, feed, duty, failure mode and comparable field evidence are available.
How do I send you a drawing for quotation?+
Upload a PDF, DWG, DXF or worn-part image through the quote form, or send it by email. Include revision, quantity, interfaces and known inspection points. Response timing follows the information and review scope.
Can I visit your foundry?+
Factory visits can be requested and are subject to scheduling, safety, confidentiality and production-access approval. Any order inspection or witness point must be agreed separately.
What is TIC carbide inlay and when should I use it?+
TIC reinforcement is a candidate construction for selected wear zones in a metallic matrix. Its location, matrix, impact risk and acceptance criteria must be reviewed for the actual geometry and duty.
Do you offer ceramic composite blow bars?+
Ceramic matrix composite is one candidate route for selected wear zones. Suitability and any performance target depend on impact, abrasion, geometry, feed and the current failure mode, and must be agreed for the application.
How do you handle urgent breakdown orders?+
Contact us with the machine reference, quantity and required date. Stock, production priority, transport mode and achievable dispatch date are confirmed in the quotation; no fixed emergency lead time is assumed.
