High Manganese Mn18Cr2
Higher manganese content for deeper work-hardening. Ideal when feed material is both hard and abrasive with moderate to high impact.
Ultra-High Manganese Mn22Cr2
Maximum manganese for extreme impact conditions. Deepest work-hardening layer. Survives where other grades crack or spall.
High Chromium Cast Iron Cr26 / Ni-Hard
26% chromium martensitic white iron, comparable to Ni-Hard 4 and Cr15Mo3 grades. Carbide-rich microstructure for exceptional abrasion resistance in low-to-medium impact applications. Can be heat treated for optimized hardness.
Titanium Carbide Inlay
Titanium carbide inserts cast into an austenitic manganese steel matrix on working faces. TIC rods provide extreme hardness (2,500+ HV) where it counts, while the matrix absorbs impact. Superior to tungsten carbide overlay in casting-bonded applications.
