Centrifugal classifier blades separate fine product from oversize recirculation. Hardox 500 plate (low-cost), Cr26 overlay (medium), or ceramic-coated (premium). Controls Blaine fineness and product top size. Worn blades widen the cut-point, sending too much oversize back to grinding = higher recirculation load and reduced throughput. Replace as a complete blade set.

Secures the grinding roller tyre to the hub. Cr-Mo alloy steel or ductile iron casting with precision-machined clamping surface. Loose clamps cause roller misalignment, uneven wear, and destructive mill vibration. Always replace as a complete set during roller tyre change-out — reusing old clamps is the #1 cause of roller tyre slippage.

Cr27Mo1 or ceramic composite — which roller material?
Cr27Mo1: standard for most raw meal and cement grinding applications. Molybdenum improves hot hardness retention at operating temperature. Ceramic composite: premium for high-silica raw meal or slag grinding — ceramic inserts create a discontinuous wear surface that extends roller life in abrasive conditions. Higher initial cost, lower cost per ton of material ground.
How do I know when table liners need replacement?
Three signs: (1) product fineness (Blaine) drops below target, (2) mill vibration increases due to uneven grinding bed, (3) specific energy consumption (kWh/ton) rises. Replace table liners matched with roller segments for even grinding bed restoration.
Why replace rollers and table segments together?
Worn rollers on a new table create an uneven grinding bed profile — the mill vibrates and grinding efficiency drops 15–25%. Worn table under new rollers has the same effect. Matched replacement restores the engineered roller-to-table gap for optimal material compaction.
What's the lowest-risk trial part for a new VRM supplier?
