Worn nozzle openings reduce material lift and grinding throughput. Replaceable ring segments in 4–8 sections.

Always replace matched with roller segments for even loading.

Surface-ground to +/-0.3 mm profile accuracy for even material contact. Replace as a complete set to maintain roller-to-table gap uniformity.

Centrifugal classifier blades separate fine product from oversize recirculation. Hardox 500 plate (low-cost), Cr26 overlay (medium), or ceramic-coated (premium). Controls Blaine fineness and product top size. Worn blades widen the cut-point, sending too much oversize back to grinding = higher recirculation load and reduced throughput. Replace as a complete blade set.

Controls material bed depth on the grinding table. Ni-Hard 4 or Cr26 segmented ring. Incorrect bed depth causes mill vibration, reduced grinding efficiency, and premature roller/table wear. Replace when segment thickness drops below 50% of original. Segmented design for individual segment replacement without disturbing adjacent segments.

Secures the grinding roller tyre to the hub. Cr-Mo alloy steel or ductile iron casting with precision-machined clamping surface. Loose clamps cause roller misalignment, uneven wear, and destructive mill vibration. Always replace as a complete set during roller tyre change-out — reusing old clamps is the #1 cause of roller tyre slippage.
