All product specifications are for reference. Final specifications are confirmed in the pro-forma invoice.

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of deposit. Payment terms: T/T or L/C as agreed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Incoterms as agreed per order. Risk transfers per the agreed Incoterm.

5. Warranty

Material and workmanship warranty. Premature failure due to manufacturing defect: replacement at our cost.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes subject to CIETAC arbitration.
